Hi, I’m Steve Wright owner of The Wright Learning Ltd.
For over 20-years, I held various senior Learning & Development roles in both public and private sector settings and observed training suppliers being engaged initially as an expert in one field, only then to be asked to provide additional services, that they had minimal or no expertise in.
What’s wrong with this you may ask? Well learning continually evolves and achieving the right blended solutions for your people and organisational needs can be complex; coaching, face to face training, digital learning, government funding etc. So, although there may be perceived benefits from using one supplier to deliver multiple needs, the reality is you are likely to receive a compromised solution. But why compromise?

is different, we are a Learning & Development consultancy that sticks to focusing on our expertise, in analysis and design of development strategies, frameworks and programmes. Where we are not able to provide specialist training ourselves, we then work as an integrator (broker), using that 20-years’ experience of procuring and working with 100's of learning & development suppliers, to match your needs with the best solutions available in the learning marketplace.
