COVID-19 turned our world upside down, challenged our belief, values, purpose and also impacted on our life plans. Therefore its not surprising that this not only effected peoples mental wellbeing but also their motivation and performance. 

We have designed a variety of learning intervention that support both individuals and organisations, to help rediscover  purpose, motivations and performance. These interventions can be provided via coaching session, 60 & 90 minute Zoom sessions or 1 to 3 day workshops. We provide tools and techniques to help individuals with their mental wellbeing and via mental health strategies support organisations to 
  • Build self-awareness and raise self-confidence
  • Understand why we all see things differently 
  • Manage and recognise stress triggers and resulting behaviours and impacts 
  • Identify and re-establish purpose & values 
  • Implementing small actions and techniques to positively effect mental wellbeing in individuals and organisations

Mental Toughness

The 4 C's of mental toughness are a framework often used in sports psychology and personal development to describe the key components of resilience and mental strength. 

Control: Having a sense of control over oneself and the situation. Mastering one's thoughts, emotions, and actions,  in challenging circumstances. It's about focusing on what you can influence and letting go of what you cannot.

Commitment: Dedication and perseverance towards long-term goals, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks. Staying committed to your values, vision, and purpose, despite difficulties or distractions. 

Challenge: Embracing challenges rather than avoiding them. Instead of viewing obstacles as threats, see them as opportunities for growth and development. Using a positive mindset to learn, improve, and test your abilities.

Confidence: Encompassing belief in oneself, one's abilities, and one's capacity to overcome obstacles. Maintaining a strong self-belief even in the face of failure or criticism.  Stay resilient and perform at your best under pressure, 

These four components work together to build resilience, grit, and determination, enabling individuals to thrive in challenging environments and achieve their goals.
