Consultancy

Our aim is to form a partnership, where through engaging with you and your people we help to review your capability; to deliver on your business goals, address your current business challenges and identify the competencies required for your future growth.
 
Our objective is to pinpoint any people related gaps whether these are; knowledge, skills, competency or behavioural based and then support you in identifying the appropriate learning and development solutions to address these.
 
Our outputs will enable you to develop a learning strategy built around people development frameworks, with realistic timescales and measurements of success. At that stage you can chose to implement yourselves or move forward with us to the more detailed design stage through to implementation and deployment.

Design

Whether we are designing a programme of activities, a one-day workshop, bite-size sessions or digital learning, we would begin with our Accelerated Design Workshop. 

Here we work with you to:
 - Clearly define aims, objectives and desired outputs
 - Develop the core content and activities
 - Explore mediums of delivery, face-to face, online, coaching
 - Identify any co-speakers, expert support requirements
 - Storyboard videos & eLearning content
 - Agree any prerequisites, knowledge checks & evaluation 
 - Decide and agree on next steps

We then use this input to produce a draft proposal, which may including recommended suppliers, that would be circulated for comment and sign off, before commencing on any formal design and contracting.

Coaching
We are able to provide a range of coaching options. 

For individuals we offer a choice between face to face sessions, online coaching and over the phone coaching. All options comprise of an initial contracting meeting followed by a series of agreed sessions. Our coaches are skilled in utilising a variety of coaching models, adapting appropriately to the individual. Individual face to face coaching sessions can be carried out in the workplace or at a neutral venue i.e. hotel coffee areas.

For teams and individuals, we also provide group coaching in the form of Action Learning sets. Here we facilitate the sharing of individual or team situations and use the power of the group to provide supportive suggestions to move forward.

We also provide a range of team building activities; from short focused sessions that can be carried out in a classroom or meeting environment, through to off-site outdoor experiential learning. We also promote socially focused activities like charity fund raising or community action groups.
